NOTEable Bowls gives back to the Tibetan community with monthly donations to charitable causes. Last year we donated funds towards the Chushul Orphanage outside of Lhasa.There has been a considerable amount of tourism in Lhasa, and some very large contributions from various groups. The Chushul Orphanage is very well taken care of now, the orphanage has had a full renovation with a new kitchen and bathrooms.

For the past two years NOTEable Bowls has been contributing towards a more desolate orphange the Dorjee and Sanji Charity Home. The earlier working name for this school was Home for Children in Waka Township in Kandze prefecture. The Dorjee and Sanji Charity Home has 25 orphans and semi-orphans who are between the ages of 6 and 15.
